    Position - Senior Procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME) Job Objective JiBe is the leading cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper We are looking for candidates who can be the ambassador of the procurement module of JiBe to all its clients. The Senior Procurement SME leverages their in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems to drive the successful implementation, optimization, and support of Procurement and procurement related modules. The focus is on ensuring a successful implementation of JiBe and enabling client organizations to streamline procurement workflows, achieve cost savings, and improve overall supply chain management through technology-driven innovations using the JiBe ecosystem. Job responsibilities Ensure the successful implementation of the JiBe procurement, Logistics, Inventory, Contracts and Supplier Registry module by providing the best possible training and management of change processes. Create and manage comprehensive training materials, including user manuals, guides, video tutorials to support the education and onboarding of clients in using procurement modules. Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procurement workflows, and processes. Ensure that all the process changes, enhancements and configurations are fully documented for future reference. Analyze and document clients existing procurement process, identifying gaps & opportunities for improvement and aligning them with the system capabilities. Provide comprehensive training to end users on procurement functionalities within the system, ensuring smooth adoption and operation of the system. Guide and support the implementation team to configure, customize the procurement module to meet specific client requirements Provide ongoing support to the clients posts implementation, troubleshooting any procurement related issues and offering system updates or process improvements when necessary. Guide and mentor other Procurement SMEs, providing them with the necessary support, feedback, and training to enhance their knowledge and review their work, ensuring that the deliverables meet the quality standards and align with the overall scope and client expectations. Work with product owners and managers in ensuring user stories are delivering the intended user, product and business requirements. Qualifications and Skills You have a personal drive, take ownership and work independently. Strong communication skills, verbal and oral and fluent in English. Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Procurement, or related fields or an equivalent knowledge through work experience. Proven experience with Marine ERP Systems or other supply chain platforms such as SAP, Oracle. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marine Procurement or supply chain management, preferably within a Shipping company. Ability to create user friendly training materials, including manuals, and conduct workshops. Strong Presentation and facilitation skills to conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams. Ability to map business processes to ERP System functionalities. Ability to analyze business processes and provide solutions to optimize procurement workflows. Skilled with change management principles to ensure smooth transitions during implementation, including handling resistance and facilitating user training and adoption. You can apply agile analysis techniques in transforming business requirements into technical specifications. Additional Qualifications Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2) is a plus but not mandatory. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Strong data analysis skills for reviewing procurement data and ensuring accuracy of ERP. Experience in Accounting and invoices processes is advantageous. Excellent delegation and coaching skills to manage team workload and ensure high quality outputs. Ability to engage stakeholders and manage team dynamics during transition and process changes.,
