Tech Electrical / Electronic Engg from reputed University / Institute 4 Age Minimum: 24 Years Maximum: 30 Years 5 Experience Minimum: 3 Years Maximum: 8 Years Preferred Industry Background: Automobile Preferred Exposure: Development of Electromechanical components for Electric vehicles (Traction motor , actuator motor, solenoids) Sourcing of components. Cost estimation part, tooling, fixture and development cost Teamcenter Engineering or PLM system 6 Job Responsibilities Development of electrical / electronic components and systems required for Electric vehicles. 7 Competency Requirements Technical/Function Knowledge of complete life cycle of development of Traction motor, Actuation motors / solenoids and the interface with vehicle electrical systems. Component development / sourcing of EV components Traction motors, Actuation motors, solenoids. Motor child parts component sourcing and pricing. Electronic component sourcing and pricing. Cost estimation and settlement for part and tooling / fixture cost. Process and line establishment for motors Understanding of EMC/EMI impacts on components / system. Knowledge of domestic / global trends in relevant technology, regulations and develop long term road maps and appropriate work plan Benchmarking and generation of ideas for better performance, quality, cost, weight. Knowledge and practice of DFMEA, PFMEA. Knowledge of quality systems. Knowledge of testing of components. Behavioral: Effective team player. Problem solving and excellent communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks,
