- Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sr. Software Developer with expertise in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack to join our dynamic development team. As a senior developer, you will play a pivotal role in the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions while guiding junior developers and contributing to the overall product roadmap. Key Responsibilities Lead Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Architect and Implement Solutions: Take ownership of the architecture, database design, and application logic to ensure the best performance and user experience. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project scope, requirements, and timelines. Mentor Junior Developers: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. API Development: Design and build RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and mobile applications. Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and reliability across various platforms and devices. Testing & Debugging: Write clean, efficient code and ensure that applications are properly tested, debugged, and deployed. Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in MERN stack development and share insights with the team. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a focus on the MERN stack. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks/libraries such as React.js. Extensive experience in Node.js and Express.js for building scalable backend services. Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization. Knowledge of front-end development tools like Redux, Webpack, Babel, and ES6+. Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of web application security practices. Tech Trainer Location: Remote Experience: 4+ Years Job Description As a Python Developer, you will work on developing robust and scalable back-end systems. You will collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to build, deploy, and maintain web services, APIs, and tools that support large-scale data analysis, machine learning models, and more. Key Responsibilities Back-End Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based back-end systems to support various applications and platforms. API Development: Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs for integrating with front-end applications and third-party services.
