Job Description

Greetings from Shaw Academy.
We are currently hiring Project Manager for a product based Edtech company which is one of the largest live online educator in the world.
Looking for interested candidates with more than 4 + years of experience in Project Management for development projects.
The Role:
Plan, manage, and drive projects with a specific focus timings and outcomes.
Keep all stakeholders informed on project timeframes.
Work simultaneously on different projects with varying degrees of complexity.
Take responsibility for the project management aspects of the management of projects from requirements gathering to working with dev team on implementation.
Work with the Management team to ensure all trackers and reports are up to date e.g. Jira, Project Masterlist, Bug List etc.
Continually analyse, propose and develop our existing processes and procedures for the team to improve how we work to support its ongoing evolution.
Achieve agreed upon Project targets and outcomes within schedule.
Keep abreast of best practices and trends.
Become a product expert, building to an in-depth knowledge of the product, competitive positioning and industry trends.
What you'll bring to the team:
4 years' project management experience ideally in B2C software delivery.
Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Able to comfortably communicate with Development and IT teams.
Excellent communication skills - able to adjust communication style and content depending on audience being engaged with (e.g. technical or business).
Ability to manage your own time to deliver results in an affirmative, collegiate and respectful working environment.
Excellent meeting management skills.
Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology discipline.
Experience managing C-level project stakeholders.
Experience in payments industry highly desirable.
PMI or PRINCE2 certification is desirable.
Agile Project Management Experience desirable.
Experience working with an online business desirable.
A track record of managing the implementation of a software solution is desirable.
Interest in marketing technology is desirable.
Previous experience of managing large customer projects is essential.
Prior experience working with teams overseas.
