Job Description

Job Responsibilities : To handle overall project Quantity Survey, Estimation, Preparation of Take off Sheets Preparation of BOQs as per SOQs shared by Consultants/Design Managers, Rate analysis and Support function for all Cost calculations and Monitoring of the PCs for Civil and Finishing Works projects of Medium to High Complexity being executed either at single location or multi locations and ensure that end-to-end Controls system including Cost, Change & Risk Management is documented in each of the projects and integrated as per the projects requirements. Ensure consistency of Calculations in all activities of Project costing work for high complexity Projects. Support Real Estate Project Control Managers/Cluster Heads from feasibility stage through project execution and close-out, Support for Preparing quantity takeoffs, Estimation, Billing and Cost reconciliation at every milestone of the lifecycle of the project. Support the Cost Control Manager/HOD in managing the documentation needed for presentation to Higher management All level interfaces and optimization of projects schedules vis-a-vs cost and also project controls team output High light and Risks and changes for Cluster of Projects Understand and study the Scope of works from Drawings, Details and Discussions and ensure accuracy of Costing and integration across E, P & C across projects Review Estimates and support Cost Control managers for all change order management activities. Provide support with calculation and analysis in the Process of Risk Assessment and Mitigation and participate in Risk reviews. Participate actively in imparting trainings in Boot Camps Education Requirement : Degree in Engineering preferably civil with/Without a PG Experience Requirement : Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Costing and Billing Experience in all Cost control functions in the sectors of Residential, Hospitality/Health care and Building Infrastructure facilities. Desirable: NICMAR Experience in handling independently Mega Complex Projects Exposure in Contracts, Preparation of BOQs Exposure in Project Management and Project Execution Skills & Competencies : Quantity Surveying and Estimation, Schedule & Cost Risk Analysis Interface Management Change Management Risk Management Detail Orientation,
