Essential Skills:

1. Experience on PEGA PRPC

2. Must have good experience in Oracle or SQL Server database.

3. Must have worked on at least one Smart BPM project lifecycle.

4. Should have strong experience in development of Pega projects.

5. Good understanding of software engineering practices and architecture guidelines

6. Very good verbal and written communication skills

7. Extensive experience in skills Best Practices, Unit Testing, Risk Identification

Desired Skills:

1. Hands-on technical on Pega PRPC.

2. Good understanding of Pega healthcare or related frameworks
