Conceptualize and organize employee welfare activities and festive celebrations, fun and games and refreshments for the employees
Updating, Maintaining & implementing Policies & Procedures
Handling Employee Grievances
Preparing incentive structures for various departments and ensure its implementation
Performance appraisal and analyzing employee of the month
Preparing Job Descriptions & KRAs for all the positions
Planning & Strategizing HR functions such as Manpower planning & Budgeting, Succession Planning & Annual Budgeting
Play a Strategic role for the inter departmental meetings
Appraisals & Increment procedure
Looking after day to day office affairs (Internet, IT related, Stationery etc)
Keeping track of all Internet, Electricity, Mobile Bills checking and getting the cheques made before the due dates.
Overlooking the daily courier coming and going.
Keeping track of all office materials
Taking care of Petty Cash
Having Password for all computers & laptops, pen drive kept confidential.
