Role - ServiceNow ITSM Developer

 

Job Details

 

1. Platform Development: Design, develop, and customize ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and CMDB on the ServiceNow platform.
2. Service Catalog Management: Create and manage service catalog items, workflows, and approval processes using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
3. Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes) to automate business processes.
4. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other tools, ensuring seamless data exchange.
5. Data Management: Handle data imports, transform maps, and ensure data accuracy within the CMDB and other modules.
6. Testing and Upgrades: Test, debug, and deploy solutions while managing platform upgrades to maintain performance and security.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions to support business needs.
8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and document workflows.
9. ITIL Compliance: Ensure solutions align with ITIL best practices and contribute to ITSM process optimization.
10. Preferred Skills: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, CAD), strong problem-solving skills, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
