About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Transactions Department. This role involves leading a team of 15-20 professionals, ensuring timely and accurate updates of deal data across Private and Public Markets, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant updates of deal-related data. 2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 3. Data Innovation and Enhancement: Identify new data points to capture emerging investment trends, enhancing our transaction database. 4. Process Automation and Efficiency: Implement automation opportunities, reducing manual tasks and improving accuracy and efficiency. 5. Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategies to optimize team performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications and Experience: 1. Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS) preferred; candidates with degrees in Business, Finance, or related fields will also be considered. 2. Experience: Minimum of 4 years in operations management, ideally within financial services or a transactions-focused environment. 3. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of various deal types, including venture investments, IPOS, private equity, listed debt instruments, and capital markets transactions. Key Competencies: 1.
