Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled L3 Java Support Engineer with expertise in UNIX to join our support team. As an L3 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for UNIX. You will work closely with the development team and clients to ensure the smooth functioning of the applications and address any issues that may arise. Responsibilities: Provide expert-level production support for Unix Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture, functionality, and dependencies Analyse and debug production issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions Configure and manage monitoring for Java applications, including defining key metrics and dashboards Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to configuration, dependency management, and deployment Respond to and resolve customer-reported incidents within defined service level agreements (SLAs) Perform code reviews and suggest improvements to enhance application performance, stability, and maintainability, with a focus on best practices Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, infrastructure, and database teams, to ensure seamless application performance Stay updated with industry trend, and apply that knowledge to enhance support processes and methodologies Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support coverage as required Powered by JazzHR H0KnuBqr3k,
