Job Description
1. Managing projects in Microsoft technology for a team size between 5 to 20 people2. Must have proven project execution track record in Portals and collaboration - .Net based projects / product development Ability to manage the team of software resource spread across multiple locations in India.
3. Plan, review, and perform analysis, design, coding and implementation of simple to complex software systems,
4. Create functional and technical specifications based on business and/or technical requirements,
5. Maintain, revise and update existing software as required,
6. Develop software using your in-depth knowledge of systems analysis and design and strong hands-on experience in systems development and systems life cycle methodologies.
7. 7+ years of software development experience of which the last (minimum) 2 year in the capacity of Project Lead from a Onsite/offshore development company.
Should have played the role of Architect, should have developed Design Artifacts using SSADM.
8. Ensures project documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately in VSS/Resp Source Code library.
9. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Resource Utilization
10. Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements
11. Defines, communicates and enforces coding standards.
12. Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor.
13. Process Owner & ensure code revision & unit level testing incharge.
14. Manages day-to-day internal / external client interaction. Sets and manages client expectations.
15. Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Strong analytical skills desired.
16. Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
17. Responsible for quality aspects of application.
18. Conversent of analyzing risk/impact analysis while preparing the changes request.
Required Candidate profile
Professional Work Experience:1. Min Experience required is 7 plus Years with 2 year as Team Lead (Experience with Product Company or travel Company will be preferred).
2. Should have good grasp over understanding on design and Architecture experience - Architecture -Application Tuning and Optimization
3. Maintenance and optimization of Enterprise Level .NET applications
4. Design Tool usage - Estimation for project proposals and RFP - good exposure to 3rd Party tools and packages relevant to application development in .NET - Size application, hardware need, costing
5. Effectively applies our Project methodology and enforces project standards.
6. Compensation: Salary not a constraint best in Industry
Education & Other Certifications:
1. Graduate-engineer B.Tech/ MCA
2. Industry Type: IT-Software/ Software Services

4. Functional Area Knowledge: E-Commerce, Internet Technologies, Application Development and Maintenance
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. The person will manage specified projects assigned to him. While a good handle on demonstrated project management skills (inclusive of exposure to SDLC and SCRUM, Agile development process and relevant processes with project management)
2. Should have experience in requirement management for .NET applications
3. Should have interacted with onsite and Offsite clients independently
4. Should have experience in Team Handling of min 7-10 members.
5. Experience in full cycle implementation of software development projects using
a. .Net/C#/ASP.Net/ADO.Net, Jquery, Javascript etc.
b. Good knowledge of SQL Server.
c. Strong concept on Data modeling and Database design.
d. Should have knowledge on MVC, Web services, WPF/WCF, SILVERLIGHT.
6. Experienced in process adherence to CMM level and PMP.
7. Should have experience on analyzing new projects and provide effort estimation.
8. Aware of Change Control Procedure / Processes
9. Allocation of tasks to team members.
10. Should have experience in Code Review and Design Review
11. Travel and Tourism Industry domain experience would be appreciable.
