Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in PEGA frameworks and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega Biz agility 1:1 CX Engagement Pega Contact policy & volume constraints and Pega Platform. This role requires expertise in Pega Next-Best-Action concepts Pega AI and Arbitration and Pega Actions and treatments. The candidate should also have domain experience in Aggregate Items For Charging. Responsibilities Develop and implement solutions using PEGA frameworks to meet business requirements. Oversee the design and development of Pega Biz agility 1:1 CX Engagement solutions. Provide technical expertise in Pega Contact policy & volume constraints to optimize business processes. Utilize Pega Platform to create scalable and efficient applications. Implement Pega Next-Best-Action concepts to enhance customer engagement. Apply Pega AI and Arbitration techniques to improve decision-making processes. Develop and manage Pega Actions and treatments to ensure effective customer interactions. Create and enforce Pega Engagement policies to maintain compliance and quality standards. Design and execute Pega Decision strategies to drive business outcomes. Integrate Pega Channels to ensure seamless customer experiences across multiple platforms. Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to centralize and streamline decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor and maintain the performance of Pega applications to ensure optimal functionality. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in PEGA frameworks. Demonstrate expertise in Pega Biz agility 1:1 CX Engagement. Have strong knowledge of Pega Contact policy & volume constraints. Show proficiency in Pega Platform development. Understand Pega Next-Best-Action concepts and their application. Be skilled in Pega AI and Arbitration techniques. Have experience with Pega Actions and treatments. Be knowledgeable in Pega Engagement policies. Demonstrate ability to design Pega Decision strategies. Have experience with Pega Channels integration. Be proficient in using PEGA Decision Hub. Possess domain experience in Aggregate Items For Charging. Certifications Required Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CPSSA) Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC),
