Job Description We at Fusion Practices are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft SQL Server developer with experience on Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining BI solutions using Azure Data Storage services, Data Integration services, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI to support decision-making processes and optimize business operations. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Business Intelligence (BI) solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and SQL Server environments. Utilize Azure Data Storage services such as Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, and Azure SQL Database to store, manage, and retrieve large volumes of data. Develop data integration solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources. Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through effective data governance practices. Perform performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and data models. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing, integration, and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Intelligence, with expertise in Microsoft Azure and SQL Server environments. Strong knowledge of Azure Data Storage services (Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, etc. Proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL development. Hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI for reporting and visualization. Solid understanding of data integration, data warehousing, and data governance principles. Excellent SQL skills, with a focus on performance tuning and query optimization. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
