Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Management Information System Updating the Data in excel on daily basis.
• Look into the issue of the clients
• All tech issues of the website and coordinate and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Internal Team and External Team
• Report Creation for Management
• Client Soft & Hard Document Management
• Consolidating and Reviewing Data

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, MBA an asset
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
• Managed multiple projects at the same time
• Experience in sales, customer support, account management, marketing, or consulting
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience applying process excellence methodologies and tools in a service environment

Previous experience successfully managing a remote team, an asset
