What they need:
5 to 7 years experience in customer experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as Quality AM
Strong people management and cross-functional leadership experience
Competencies critical for this role
Should be agile, self-starter and require minimum supervision
Analytical , problem solving and good reasoning skills
Data driven approach to solving problems & result oriented
Proficient in MS office tools
Good command over English and Hindi
Great interpersonal skills in order to work with different stakeholder across the organization
Ability to understand data and insights to drive key metrics
Good Understanding of Quality methodology and metrics.
Should have at least 1 year of team handling experience as an AM
Green belt certified
Customer service mindset
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for deploying & managing quality monitoring program
Measure and report Quality performance for the OSPs
Quality initiatives across all functional areas
Driving 100% adherence to Quality deliverables & metrics for both Internal & Quality functions across OSPs
Work with Training team on TNI and measure effectiveness
Partner Engagement
Regular Governance connects with Partner teams to ensure adherence to Quality metrics
Partner team development
Driving Projects
TTQ / Consequence management for bottom quartile QAs & Teams
