Job Description

Position: Head of Product - HRMS/HCM ERP Solutions Location: Allsec Technologies, Chennai Experience Required: 15-20 Years Responsibilities: Lead the product management and development efforts for HRMS/HCM ERP products, guiding the creation of comprehensive product roadmaps. Identify market gaps and opportunities by conducting thorough market research, generating detailed product requirements, and defining specifications. Develop strategic production schedules, pricing strategies, and time-integrated plans for product launches. Understand and anticipate customer and market needs through targeted research and analysis. Shape the future of product lines by evaluating product specifications, assessing new ideas, and recommending enhancements or changes to products and packaging. Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our HR products against competitors and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the Sales Director to create and implement effective sales strategies aimed at increasing market share. Analyze product market data by engaging with customers and field sales teams, and use insights to refine sales strategies. Provide actionable insights for management through short-term and long-term sales forecasts, detailed reports, and responses to queries. Oversee the introduction and marketing of new products by developing integrated plans in conjunction with sales, marketing, and development teams, ensuring compliance with legal requirements across various markets. Manage operational aspects by scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring optimal performance. Support product management functions by contributing to recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for new team members. Stay current with industry trends and best practices through continuous learning, networking, and participation in professional forums. Engage with the HRM community through social media and industry forums to share insights and best practices. Assist in pre-sales demonstrations and provide product support as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience in product management with a strong focus on HRMS/HCM ERP solutions. Expertise in understanding customer needs, conducting requirements analysis, and performing competitive analysis. Proven ability in sales planning, presentation, and business partner enablement. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
