- Dear Candidates, We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Product Head - Dot Net. Qualification: B.E. (IT, Electronics) OR B.Sc. (IT) OR M. Sc.* (IT) OR any other 3-year full time diploma / degree in Software Programming Masters Degree in IT or Management Certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP will be an added advantage Experience: 12+ years Location: Bandra BKC Salary: 25 LPA - 36 LPA Job Description: Gain Deep Product Understanding: The candidate is expected to gain a deep understanding of Product Line along with their features and functionalities. Design / Enhance Product Technical Architecture: Designing / Enhancing the architecture for real time, high volume, transaction processing systems with upto 30 concurrent transactions and an expected response time of 1 - 2 seconds. Manage and guide Product Development Team: Manage the product development team and guide / mentor the developers to resolve issues. Product Roadmap Creation: Should be able to create and drive the product roadmaps from both short-term and long-term timeframes. Strategic Vision: Will be expected to connect the dots and guide the team while maintaining focus on the bigger picture. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): Responsible for creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to divide high-level requirements into manageable and actionable chunks before passing them to the Development Team for implementation. Development Team Collaboration: Expected to keep the Development Team involved during the Analysis and Estimation stages. Product Head Responsibilities: As a product head, the candidate will be required to facilitate communication between stakeholders and the Development Team, ensuring alignment and collaboration to set and execute the technical roadmap effectively. Will lead customer and market research, set and monitor KPIs, and manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure product success. They will oversee resource allocation, risk management, and regulatory compliance while fostering innovation and maintaining a customer feedback loop for continuous improvement. Skills Required: Technical Skills o Deep understanding of Microsoft .Net and .Net Core Platform & SQL Server at an Architecture Level o Understanding of differences between On-Premises and Cloud Deployments o Awareness & Constant-Upgrade in aspects related to Modern-Day Web Applications, Latest Trends and Architectures o Fundamental awareness of delivering Software Projects using Agile Methodologies Functional Skills (Nice to have) o High-Level Understanding of Business and Commerce o Basic Understanding of Invoicing and Taxation including VAT and GST across India and Middle East Regions Soft Skills o Strong Communication (Oral and Written) Skills o Preferred Leadership Style: Servant Leadership rather than an Authoritarian Leadership o Ability to calmly manage any escalations and define corrective courses o Ability to engage with clients senior technical resources For more details about the company and job profile contact us at hidden_mobile or email us at hidden_email Thanks & Regards, HR Aarti,
