We are looking for We are looking for a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in training, evaluating, and deploying advanced deep learning models, particularly in computer vision. Your expertise in Python and machine learning will drive the development of cutting-edge solutions. You will be hands-on, writing code to implement various machine learning tools and setting an example for the team in terms of your ability to produce production-quality software. Roles & Responsibilities: Advanced Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models for computer vision applications, tackling complex problems in image recognition, object detection, and more. Performance Evaluation: Fine-tuning models for performance, including speed, accuracy, and resource usage Deployment: Deploying machine learning models to production environments and optimizing them for performance, scalability, and reliability. Management: Managing the tools and platforms needed to deploy and monitor models, including cloud services, containerization, and orchestration. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to integrate computer vision solutions into new and existing products. What Youll Bring to Fluid Analytics: At Least 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, with a focus on computer vision tasks. Proficient in Python, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code. Proven experience with computer vision libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and OpenCV is crucial. Experience with techniques for enhancing, normalizing, and transforming images to improve model performance and for extracting relevant features from images( SIFT, SURF, or HOG). Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with transfer learning and fine-tuning pre-trained models. Understanding CNN architectures like YOLO, Faster R-CNN, and Mask R-CNN for detecting and segmenting objects in images. Knowledge of generative models like GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) for image generation or style transfer. Proficiency in data structures relevant to processing and storing image data, such as trees, graphs, and multidimensional arrays. Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, and statistics, with the ability to apply these principles to improve model accuracy and efficiency. Familiarity with distributed storage solutions like HDFS, S3, or Google Cloud Storage for managing large volumes of image and video data. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for deploying and managing machine learning models.
