Skills: Project Manager, Java, AWS, Python, PHP, SDLC, Technical Project Manager, team management, Job Description Job Roles & Responsibilities Manage projects of medium to large scale, including project planning, execution, and closure Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, and budget Resource allocation. Good knowledge of resource estimation and resource planning techniques. Able to provide inputs on skill levels required, skill mix, and onsite/offshore work allocation. Identify gaps in resource availability and plan for fulfilments on time. Identify dependencies sequence the work and guide new team members. Plan and work on Resource allocation. Make sure of optimization utilization of available resources Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to take corrective action as necessary to keep projects on track. Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery. Provide mentorship and guidance to team leads Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery processes. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests Capacity management, Assets, Event management, Cost management, services & client management, Resource tracking,
