We Are Expanding Quickly, And To Support Our Growth Story, We Need Resources Across A Wide Range Of Functional Areas - IT Project Manager LOCATION Kolkata REPORTING PERSON Mithilesh Kumar ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION B.Tech in any Branch EXPERIENCE 3 to 5 years Role Overview:- overseeing the planning,implementation, and tracking of IT projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, create detailed project plans, and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibility:- 1)1. Develop project scope, deliverables, plans and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders. 2) Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize disruptions. 3) Monitor project performance and report on project status to stakeholders. 4) Manage project changes and scope creep while maintaining project quality and budget. 5) Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to project team members. 6) Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement Qualifications:- 1) Bachelor's degree in any branch of Engineering 2) Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role. 3) Proficient in cloud, mobile, software-as-a-service and digital platform Technologies. 4) Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. 5) Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 6) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. 7) Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 8) Experience working in FinTech industry is preferred but not required.
