Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work on a cross-functional, solution-driven development team to design, develop, and implement new products and integrations.
o Align technical strategies with business goals to drive the success of the League platform.
Code Quality and Maintenance:
o Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
o Fix bugs and optimize system performance.
o Create and maintain automated tests to ensure robust and reliable code.
Technical Strategy:
o Help to align technical strategy with business goals, ensuring that development efforts are in sync with organizational objectives.

Experience and Skills:
Experience:
o 6+ years of software development experience, with a focus on backend engineering.
o Strong proficiency in Golang and experience in developing backend services.
Technical Skills:
o Familiarity with database management systems, specifically MongoDB.
o Experience with Google Cloud Platform services.
o Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Concourse.
o Proven experience in building scalable, fault-tolerant web services and APIs.
o Strong knowledge of and demonstrated experience with writing high-quality, testable, and maintainable code.
Soft Skills:
o Strong communication skills to effectively understand requirements and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
