Identify and assess customers need to achieve satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Guiding the team to move to the next level. Familiar in CRM tools. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Professional in communicating in English to handle abroad clients. Communicate in Hindi language (mandatory). Primary Skills: Clear and professional communication. User manual preparation. Managing a team of representatives. User guide videos preparation. Respond to customers calls and emails. Product demo videos preparation. Renewal Follow-ups. Problem solving. Product training.
