Job Description

Managing work with proper quality analysis and highlighting problem areas in the process

Identifying fatal errors and non fatal errors impacting the process & take corrective/ preventive action.

Giving constructive feedback to the Executive and improving their performance by suggesting necessary action plans

Responsible for achieving quality targets and meeting deadlines

Giving suggestions and ideas on making the quality of the calls better and coaching the associates on the areas of improvement.

As a quality analyst, continuously contributing towards improvement of the quality of the team and make it consistent

Required Candidate profile:

• Strong communication skills effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of intellectual.
• Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
