Performance & Operations: Manage budgets, standardize processes, and resolve escalations. Data & Reporting: Analyze data using financial tools, report insights to leadership. Compliance & Stakeholder Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain key client relationships. Qualifications: Bachelors in business/finance; MBA preferred. 7-10 years in debt collection or financial services with leadership experience.
