Exp. 3-5yrs in Cyber Security Product Sales. ( Preferably with technical IT background)

Location - Mumbai JB Nagar Andheri (E)

5 days office  - 2 days Work from Andheri (E) and 3 days work from client (onsite role)

Notice Period Immediate to Max 30 days-fixed

 

Job Description

• Basic understanding of Cybersecurity Services and products.
• Follow up with client for update on requirement and PO process.
• Meet client to understand their requirement and build pipeline.
• Follow up with client for timely payment of invoices.
• Pro-actively tracking renewals.
• Strong communicator, both verbal and written
• Brilliant presentation skills.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills
• Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office and sales software.
• Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.
• Generating leads and reaching out to prospects.
• Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.
• Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
• Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.
• Carrying on the sales process using the sales software.
• Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Taking part in team meetings.
