About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations and Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze operational processes and financial performance to support strategic decision-making and improve overall efficiency. You will collaborate with various departments to provide insights that drive business growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Gather and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide Insights for business improvement. Reporting: Develop and publish regular reports on financial performance, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review. Automate regular reports in Excel, BI Tools, Domo etc. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, analyze variance and provide insights and recommendations Cost Analysis: Evaluate costs associated with IT projects and operations, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure compliance to critical processes and to collaborate with teams to assess and optimize operational levers, Replicate best practices. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other key stakeholder like Finance, Project management, HR, TA , IT and to deliver the desired business results in agreed time and in consistent manner Automations : Identify key areas for Automation and add value to the process / system. Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor financial processes for compliance with company policies and industry regulations, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigations. Ad-hoc Analysis: Should be willing to take all adhoc request and support special projects Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, operations analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the IT services industry. Required Skills: Should be in a position to motivate and Influence the team to maintain high Accuracy in on a consistent basis. Strong in accounting concepts and Exposure to Revenue and cost Estimates, billing / Invoicing is Important. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.,
