    Team Leaders Customer Support For international BPO Voice

     

    Lead, supervise a team of CSRs, ensuring adherence company policies procedures
    Monitor, manage team performance metrics, including response time, quality, CSR satisfaction scores
    Conduct regular coaching, training, feedback sessions team performance

     

    Track and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans
    Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer service standards

    Call hidden_mobile, hidden_mobile, hidden_mobile, hidden_mobile
