Job Description

14+ years, experience in Design in construction Industry, Oil and Gas, Power plant background. Exposure to site execution works for 1-2 Years would an added advantage Objective: The person shall be responsible for the complete design and detailed engineering for Solar Power plants like Mini Grid and Megawatt scales plants. The Project engineering manager shall manage the entire design for a project or a set of smaller projects including co-ordination with other disciplines viz., Electrical, instrumentation and Mechanical Project engineering manager shall lead a team of Lead Engineers, Design Engineers and draftsman to manage the Engineering activities within budget, deliver on time and maintaining a high quality of engineering. Technical Expertise: Shall be capable of ensuring and executing the engineering activities for civil & structural covering substation / control room buildings, transformer foundations, outdoor equipment foundations, guard house, staff quarters, grading, roads and drainage, outdoor steel structures and miscellaneous works related to the Solar Power Plant and cabling works. PEM shall be able to review Vendor engineering documents with respect to Civil & Structural design. Knowledge of New technologies and adaptation to the business for economical cost effective solutions.
