As IT Specialist at censhare you will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring the infrastructure. This means to collaborate with other team members and to develop automation strategies and deployment processes. You will become an integral part of the team, making every problem of the platform a problem of your own, and solving them accordingly..
Your job as IT Specialist
Further development of our ELK stack to support in-depth infrastructure / application monitoring and log management.
Work on the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines
Support in improving the IT Operations' day day-to-day work (daily work from L1 to L3)
Working experience on Active Directory / User management
Virtualization of servers like Xen
Configuration management with tools like Ansible & knowledge of Docker
Responsibility for our In-house Internal IT (Mac Support, Antivirus, Software distribution)
Basic hardware (Printers / SNOM devices) troubleshooting
Inventory management with tools like snippet.
Your profile as IT Specialist
Knowledge of at least one Linux operating system (RHEL/CentOS/debian).
Knowledge of networking (Routing, Firewalls, IPv4, IPv6).
Experience in minimum one scripting language (Bash, Perl, Python).
Maintenance work on onsite and in-house installations as well as cloud based VM installations such as AWS.
Experience in Automation (with ansible, docker, ...)
Know-how of monitoring tools like Nagios and Icinga.
Experience with installations and updates of application.
Very experienced in customer communication, being a service provider in a similar role.
Knowledge in administration of Databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL).
Experience with ticketing tool and a good understanding of processes.
Sense of responsibility, reliability, accuracy and an ability to work independently.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
