- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience managing projects. Experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, bug triage, setting technical goals, and resolving technical trade-offs between teams. Experience with lifecycle management in a fast-paced software environment. Knowledge of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain. Ability to identify, establish, and improve processes to increase team efficiency and execution across sprinting, backlog grooming, launch management, and demos. Ability to run scrums/standups, track the agile engineering process, and run operations for the India engineering team. About The Job A problem isnt truly solved until its solved for all. Youll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company. Responsibilities Manage technology programs by defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery. Work with cross-functional teams. Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity. Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company. ,
