Conduct performance, usability, and regression testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet testing goals. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in IVR manual testing. IVR call flow, Architecture, Genesys, agent related scenarios, idea on backend validation on Telephony related things. knowledge on chat and Twilio Strong understanding of IVR systems, call flows, and telecommunication protocols. Proficiency in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Excellent analytical and communication skills.,
