Were looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead with expertise in Python and Angular to drive the development of scalable and high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. Technical Development: Architect, design, and develop robust web applications using Python for backend and Angular for frontend. Ensure modular, maintainable, and scalable code through adherence to best practices. Project Management: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Plan sprints, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines. Code Quality and Reviews: Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Implement and enforce coding guidelines, testing protocols, and continuous integration processes. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in production and development environments. Optimize system performance and reliability. Innovation and Growth: Explore and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and product quality. Qualifications: Experience: 78 years of software development experience with a strong track record of delivering projects. At least 23 years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python (Django/Flask) for backend development. Expertise in Angular for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL). Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
