Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive with expertise in both Voice and Non-Voice Processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery, addressing queries, and enhancing customer satisfaction for a leading beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Issue Resolution: Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer issues related to products, services, and orders.
Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, returns, and tracking updates.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to enhance service quality and product offerings.
Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on product details, promotional offers, and company policies to provide informed responses to customers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns.
Requirements:
Experience:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Voice and Non-Voice Process role, preferably in the beauty, retail, or e-commerce sector.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in handling customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools and systems is an advantage.
Location: Must be willing to work from the Lower Parel office.
