Company Description Department : Accounting & Compliances Qualification : Qualified CA / CA Final Dropout Experience :- 5 - 6 years of post CA qualified experience OR Experience :- 10 - 12 years in case of CA final drop out Job Profile : Supervision of day to day accounting Handling accounting teams/assignments at various territories/regions including Singapore, Hongkong, China, Australia etc Ensuring timely preparation and submission of Group MIS Ensuring zero tolerance policy in statutory compliances Proactively responding clients queries Expert knowledge of GST and Income Tax Compliances Preparation of financial statements as per companies act and getting the same audited Preparing reconciliations for the gap between year end audited financial statements and year end MIS shared with client. Discussing the same with client and taking a sign off on the reconciliation entries before getting the financial statements signed from clients management. Ensuring zero deviation from the TAT agreed with clients Candidate Profile : Should possess expert knowledge of accounting , mis and have rich experience of working with multinational companies Should have exposure of working for APAC region Should have knowledge of US GAAP and SOX Compliances Must have worked for trading/manufacturing companies Good communication skills,
