To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add an Assistant Manager Facilities located in Chennai. What a Typical Day Looks Like Coordinate with architects and or Project managers for their deliverables. Preparation of schedules or review of schedules submitted by vendors or follow up for submission of statutory documents or Invoices or verification of measurements or compiling of documents. Follow up with project managers for closure of project. The experience were looking to add to our team: B.E. (Civil / Mechanical) or any equivalent graduation with relevant work experience preferred. Experience in coordination and execution of Civil & Interior or Industrial projects for minimum of 5-7 years experience Exposure to SEZ (Special Economic Zone) documentations and statutory requirements Good knowledge on project planning with MS Projects, Auto CADD and drawings preparation Idea on local market price for different material for construction industry Idea on capex validation Worked in a corporate environment on projects Certification of bills Excellent written and oral communication skills General exposure to MS tools (Excel/ Word/PPT) Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook Good analytical skills.
