Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) team. The ideal candidates will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Freshers are preferred, though candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control (QC):

Conduct routine quality testing and inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
Prepare and maintain test data and quality reports.
Ensure adherence to product quality standards and specifications.
Quality Assurance (QA):

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Support the implementation and maintenance of QA systems and procedures.
Identify quality issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them promptly.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of quality tests, audits, and inspections.
Prepare detailed reports for management and suggest corrective measures if necessary.
Compliance:

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
