Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment, sales hiring, bulk hiring, onboarding
Recognizing the manpower requirements and taking them to the concerned authority for approval for further process.
Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process.
Collaborate and coordinate with the external recruitment agencies for closing positions on time.
Handling the orientation of new employees.
Coordinating training sessions for old and new employees of the organization.
Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required.
Monitor and keep track of HR metrics.
Handling employee grievances, if any and updating the employees with policies, compliances, and
regulations.
Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department.
Create and run employee engagement activities.

Prior experience of working with HRM Software, MS-Office & experience in any other software or application is preferable
