Job Description

  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues that employees are not authorized to handle on their own.
  • Salary processing for all with effect of EPF,Prof Tax.,and other taxes.
  • Preparing offer letter,Interview Assessment form,Appointment letters,Increment letter,Relieving letter etc.
  • Looking on to recritment process,Induction as well as training programmes.
  • Delivering induction programme,salary negotiation & payroll,Retention & Attrition,Exit formalities etc.
  • Conducting HOD Meeting on a monthly basis and drafting the MOMs of the same.
  • Looking on to administration activities.
  • Follow-ups with candidates till joining.
  • Coordinating with company HR.
  • Head-hunting.
  • Arranging interviews.
