As part of our continued growth and expansion in the BFSI domain, they are seeking an experienced Delivery Head with a strong focus on the MRL Vertical to lead, manage, and oversee end-to-end delivery of technology solutions to our clients in the MRL Sectors(Manufacturing, Retail and Logistics) Role Overview: The Delivery Head Manufacturing Retail and Logistics (MRL) Need Candidates from IT Services Organization with experience handling this vertical. Candidates from Product Companies, FinTech Captives and others, Kindly excuse will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of IT services and solutions for Clients insurance clients. This includes overseeing project delivery, client relationships, and ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with client expectations, within scope, budget, and timelines. The Delivery Head will lead a team of project managers, business analysts, and technical leads, while also playing a key role in business development and strategic planning to further strengthen Clients position in the MRL Sector (Manufacturing, Retail & Logistics) Key Responsibilities: 1. Delivery Management & Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and solutions for Manufacturing Retail and Logistics clients, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget execution. Oversee multiple project teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet client requirements and expectations. Ensure effective resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and roadblocks early to ensure smooth delivery 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the insurance sector, acting as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, offering innovative solutions to address their needs. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, with a focus on both project delivery success and long-term client retention 3. Team Development & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of project managers, technical architects, developers, and other specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the delivery team. Provide guidance on best practices for project management, process improvements, and leveraging new technologies. 4. Strategic Planning & Business Development: Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives for business growth in the MRL Sector (Manufacturing Retail and Logistics) Contribute to pre-sales activities, including creating proposals, estimating project timelines, and delivering presentations to prospective clients. Help drive the identification of new opportunities, upsell existing accounts, and expand Clients footprint within the insurance domain. 5. Financial & Resource Management: Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring delivery within cost constraints. Optimize resource utilization across various projects, balancing internal capabilities with client demands 6. Process Improvement & Innovation: Implement and promote Agile, DevOps, and other modern methodologies to improve project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously evaluate and enhance delivery processes, tools, and techniques to ensure optimal client outcomes. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital transformation, cloud, AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies in the insurance space Required Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role focused on BFSI, specifically in the insurance vertical. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digital transformation projects within the insurance domain. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Manufacturing Retail and Logistics industrys key processes, systems, and regulatory landscape & Digital Landscape Technical Skills: Experience with modern technologies such as Cloud (AWS, Azure), AI, ML, Big Data, RPA, and automation and Java Development Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or DevOps methodologies for project delivery Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and business stakeholders Client Management: Experience managing C-level client relationships and understanding client business requirements. Ability to drive customer success and satisfaction while delivering on expectations. Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Agile, PMP, or similar project management methodologies. Experience managing Java full cycle development essential and mandatory Experience with modern insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar core insurance solutions.
