- Should have good understanding of OOPS, Core JAVA, Advance JAVA
- Hands on experience with REST API, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC is must
- Basic Understanding of Microservices based Architecture and Design Patterns
- Other Technologies/Tools Maven, Gradle, SOAP, Junit, Oracle, Jenkins, Nexus, Jboss/Tomcat, Git, Linux/UNIX shell scripting, JIRA, Exec API
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Openshift V3, AWS or Spring Cloud etc. (preferable)
- Excellent Communication, Analytical & Problem solving Skills"

Job description for the role Scrum Master with Agile:
Skills required- Core java, Rest API , Sprint MVC , Along with Bit bucket and Sonar open shift
APi Gateway, Microservices, AWS, Step function
Responsibilies:
Scrum Master Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
Experience: Minimum [X years] of experience as a Scrum Master for Agile software development teams.
Agile Practices: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
Facilitation Skills: Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a changing environment and navigate through ambiguity.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in Agile methodologies.
Mandatory Skill
- Excellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines - Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and lead your project team - The ability to monitor and control budgets - Good communication and negotiation skills, to manage expectations - The ability to use your initiative and make decisions under pressure

- Technical knowledge, experience of Salesforce / Infrastructure (Database / IBM BPM) -Proven experience working in tech transformation
Roles and Responsibilities
- Following Barclays / industry standard project management processes. - Supporting the Program Manager by inputting into financial planning and regularly management of finances - Carry out planning in accordance with the needs of programme business case(s), including setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks. - Manage the project, which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget - Carry out monitoring and control activities to track the progress of the project - Identify and manage RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies to ensure delivery is on time - Implement any necessary changes throughout the process - Report regularly to programme management and stakeholders.
