Job Title : Oracle EBS SCM Consultant - Techno-Functional Job Location : Bengaluru/Hyderabad Exp Range : 5-13 years Position Overview : As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Required Skills : The role involves providing support services for Oracle's eBusiness Suite SCM products. Candidates should have extensive experience with Oracles SCM products such as OM, INV, PO, Discrete Manufacturing , and Value Chain Planning. Strong technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex problem-solving, be comfortable working under pressure, and possess self-motivation and strong communication skills. Occasional weekend work may be required, and a customer-focused, well-organized, and collaborative team player attitude is essential. As a member of the Support organization, the role entails delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, addressing non-technical inquiries and technical troubleshooting via various communication channels. The position also involves acting as a liaison between customers and internal Oracle teams, providing guidance on customer situations and handling escalated issues effectively.,
