Role Overview:
We are seeking someone with 2-4 years of experience and proactive Business Development Manager to expand our dealer network and drive sales for modular kitchen and kitchen hardware products in Maharashtra and Goa. This role involves frequent travel and a focus on acquiring new dealers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new dealers in Maharashtra and Goa.
* Sales Growth: Drive sales through dealer network and maintain strong relationships.
* Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
* Travel: Frequent travel to meet dealers/channel partners and explore business opportunities.
* Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management
