Desired Candidate Profile

Pathways School Gurgaon is looking for a Facility Manager, a Graduate/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with an experience of 4-5 yrs to handle all matters pertaining to Facility & Estate. The responsibilities include as below, but are not limited to

Liaisoning with client, officials & govt. bodies to perform services at site
Environmental Compliances of the School
Facilities Management - Meeting all statuary & regulatory requirements
Overseeing horticulture, plant, machinery (Air-conditioning, power generation, water purification, firefighting, sewage treatment plant).
Responsible for overseeing the vehicle maintenance in consultation with Transport Manager.
Planning and execution of quarterly maintenance auditand energy audit
Green Measures and Energy Conservation initiatives, LEED Certification etc
Central Vendor Management and AMC's for Engineering Services and Facilities
Facilitate Contracts for Vendors Timely planning and execution of finalization/renewal of contracts various agencies such as horticulture, various machinery
Maintaining all records of insurance required to maintain the school
Crisis and Disaster Management for Machinery
Monitor and ensure efficient functioning of horticulture and landscaping
Documentation: Maintaining all documentation related to Facilities & Estate
Implementation of companys policies & management of all facilities i.e. engineering services & soft services with proper documentation

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
