Job Description

Job Title: Senior Managing Partner (APC)

Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Agra, Lucknow, Noida.

Salary: 7 lac + Rimb + Incentive (Presumably a total package including benefits and incentives)

Experience: 5 to 15 years in Sales, preferably in Life Insurance

Industry-Insurance, Broker, BFSI.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Training:
- Manage Business Associates (BA) who will recruit agents.
- Train and develop agents on a commission basis.
Sales Management:
- Ensure insurance sales goal achievement.
- Supervise and ensure agents fulfill their activity plans as per targets.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents.
- Update Sales Management System with relevant data.
Motivation and Promotion:
- Motivate agents for career progression within the organization.
- Encourage agents to utilize the Agent Portal & CRM for managing customers and cross-selling products.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
Attributes:
- Working with people effectively.
- Entrepreneurial and commercial focus.
- Drive for achieving results.
- Maturity in handling responsibilities.
- High confidence levels and good communication skills.
- Stable career employment history.
- Well-networked in the local area with an understanding of the local market.
- Proven track record in sales.
Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
