Position Title: HR Executive
Experience: 3 Year
Salary: 4000 Saudi Riyal Per Month + Food Accommodation + Other Benefits.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Coordinate and conduct orientation programs for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and inquiries, fostering a positive work environment.
Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives.
Handle disciplinary matters in collaboration with management.
Performance Management:
Administer performance appraisal processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Keep abreast of labor laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Manage employee benefits programs and resolve related queries.
HR Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Generate HR reports as required by management.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Health and Safety:
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Conduct periodic safety audits and address concerns promptly.
HR Metrics:
Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Employee Exit Process:
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure smooth offboarding processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR executive or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
