About the Department
The Human Resources department enables TresVista's people to catalyze our clients impact. The department is responsible for recruitment, managing compensation and benefits, maximizing employee productivity and wellbeing, reviewing performance, enhancing employee lifecycle, and other aspects that affect the firm and its people. Talent Acquisition is a function tasked with chalking out a strategic approach to identifying, assessing, and acquiring skilled employees for meeting organizational needs. Other than recruitment, the team is responsible for employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying the organizations labor force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline.

The Associate role provides an opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and enhance business outcomes. Associates undergo a comprehensive training program enabling them to smoothly manage the projects and exceed stakeholder expectations. They strive to improve the employee and candidates experience by regulating and creating awareness about policies and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Campus Branding and Recruitment
o Understanding business objectives and collaborating with business to develop recruiting strategies to meet the talent acquisition needs of assigned function(s)
o Strengthening engagement and branding initiatives to make TresVista an employer of choice at top universities in India
o Implementing innovative ways to source top talent, including efforts to source virtually and engage students through digital tools
o Collaborating with business to deploy strategic branding and marketing initiatives across top B-Schools pan India
o Managing key relationships with premier institutes, university staff, campus representatives and candidates to provide most optimal candidate experience
Processes and Strategy
o Overlooking and implementing the entire life cycle of campus recruitment process, including pre-placement talk, interviews, allocation, guest lectures, and any other campus initiatives
o Maintaining knowledge on all market attributes and sharing best practices with departments to co-create long term talent strategies
Data Analysis and Reporting
o Regularly updating databases, trackers, recruitment statistics, tracking budget spends and deploying HR Analytics to generate insights for making informed decisions
o Maintaining communication with senior leadership by generating various reports and analysing trends
Team Management
o Developing and managing a team of Analysts while reporting to the VP
Education and Experience
PGDM or MBA equivalent in Human Resources or General management
2+ years of work experience in any field
