Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage and maintain our brand's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Engage with followers and foster meaningful interactions to build a strong community around our brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and effective.
- Conduct social media listening and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule and publish content, ensuring consistency and optimal timing.
- Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelors or MBA degree in Marketing/ Finance, mass communication or related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive & Content Writer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of language and grammar.
- Creativity and the ability to generate engaging and innovative social media content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with photo and video editing tools are a plus
- Proven expertise in creating video content, reels, shorts, etc.
