Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager in Formulation Development for the US & EU Market. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for leading formulation development projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing product market access. This role is based in Bangalore Urban and entails day-to-day involvement in pharmaceutical formulation strategies and development. Qualifications Formulation Development, Pharmaceutical Research, and Regulatory Compliance skills Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects Knowledge of US and EU pharmaceutical market regulations Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field,
