Inviting applications for the role of Consultant -Java, Selenium and API automation We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant proficient in Java, Selenium and API automation to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts using Java and Selenium, as well as conducting functional testing to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications. Responsibilities Consulting projects and engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and providing strategic guidance on testing strategies, automation frameworks, and quality assurance processes. Architect, design, and implement robust test automation solutions using Java, Selenium, and API testing frameworks to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of software applications. Develop and maintain automated test suites for API endpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to define testing requirements, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement in software quality. Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of test automation scripts and frameworks. Mentor and coach junior consultants and team members, providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software testing and quality assurance, and apply relevant methodologies and tools to enhance testing processes and practices. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in software development, quality assurance, and test automation. Experience in Java, Selenium API testing. Agile, Jira Preferred Qualifications Banking / Capital Markets domain experience. Good Communication and leadership skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, Java certifications) are a plus.
