Greetings from SITEL!!   Work from Office job SITEL Mumbai is hiring for International Voice/ Non voice Process.     Job Details: 1. Age: 20 years to 39 years 2. Minimum Qualification Intermediate (HSC+ 6 Month Exp. 3. Maximum Qualification Graduates Fresher and (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)+BPO Exp 4. Experience Any Under Grad With Exp. 5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English 6. Shifts: Rotational shifts full night 6 pm to 12pm (Next Day) any 9 hrs ,(Should be comfortable to work in all shifts) 7. 5 day workingany2 day Off.   8. Good Typing speed required ( 35wpm / 95% Accuracy +)   Salary: As per Market Standards CTC 22K Only Interested Applicants Can call : GUNJAN OZA- hidden_mobile Requirement:-  
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should be very good in typing with 35 WPM/95% Accuracy
  • Must be an analytical and a logical thinker to solve customer queries and issues
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Experience inChat and BPO support.
  • Rounds of Interview HR+ VS/Chat ( 65% Passing ) + Ops round
  • BGV , address Check
Note: Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from office Experience: Any Under Grad+ With Exp Required OR Graduate Fresher   Job Profile:     HSC + 6 Months Chat and Customer services Experience ( only international Experience)
  • Responsibility:Provide to International Customers service
  • Shift Timings:Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
  • Desired Skills:Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
  • Working Days:5 days working
  • Weekly Offs:2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
  • Transport:Home Pickup and Home Drop.
  • Rounds of Interview:HR, Voice and Accent, Typing Speed 35+ Wmp and 95%+ Accuracy, Operations Round, Background verification.
